Thomas Wilhelm founded the law firm in 1992. In addition, he was an executive member of the Board of Directors of Codex Treuhand AG, which he founded in 1988. Prior to this, Thomas Wilhelm worked for an internationally-focused fiduciary group and law firm in Liechtenstein. He was awarded a doctorate in 1981 at the Law Faculty of the University of Innsbruck (AT). Thomas Wilhelm was admitted to the Liechtenstein Bar in 1990. He specialised in international estate planning, foundation and trust law as well as tax law. He retired from the legal profession at the end of 2023 and died unexpectedly and far too early in 2024.
