II. General information about data processing
1. Scope of the processing of personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DSG) for the purpose of legal representation or to fulfil the mandate agreement and/or a legal, official or judicial mandate, to carry out pre-contractual measures and to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations. Where necessary, personal data may also be processed to protect legitimate interests or to fulfil obligations in the public interest.
Furthermore, the processing of personal data of our website users is limited to the data required to provide a functional website and our content and services.

3.1 Google Maps

It is necessary to save your IP address in order to use the functions of Google Maps. As a rule, this information is transferred to a Google server in the USA and is stored there. The provider of this website has no influence over this data transfer.
The Google Maps service is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online services and to make it easier to find the sites indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

6. Data security and liability disclaimer
We generally use appropriate technical and organisational security measures when processing data in order to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties.
